Ulrich Hausmann

Ulrich Hausmann started to train dogs in 1968. With his first German Shepherd Dog, he attained more than 50 Schutzhund 3 titles. He joined the SV in 1976 and took part in many competitions. In 1987, he decided to become a breeder and started his vom Gelper Hof Kennel. Over the years, Herr Hausmann has trained and shown numerous dogs at the German Sieger Show, including several top dogs such as VA3 Don von Lennefetal and VA5 Jango vom Furstenberg. His kennel has received the Gold Medal from the VDH and SV. In 2018 and again this year, he judged a number of classes including the HGH and Long Hair Classes at the German Sieger Show.
