Herb was one of the founding members of our club and one of the premiere breeders of German Shepherd Dogs for nearly 50 years. After advanced veterinary studies in Germany, he introduced Schutzhund Sport in the U.S and founded the first schutzhund club in the Midwest. Many successful Club dogs came from his kennels. Our club benefited from his incomparable knowledge about the German Shepherd Dog.
